With over 23 years of experience as an owner and operator of a residential and commercial building inspection business, Bob has developed a wealth of knowledge and expertise in this field. He now specializes in flooring inspections, having received specialized training and a rating of CERTIFIED from Flooring Consultants & Inspection Training Services (FTIC) in hard surface flooring material inspecting.

Bob generally uses the FCITS checklist style reporting
form however, if you prefer a different format, he is 
 happy to accommodate your needs.

Your report is delivered as soon as possible after the
inspection but no later than 3 business days unless preapproved.
